Built on the grounds of a former rest home, the project reimagines healing as a spatial experience. It transforms the abandoned site into a constructed park — a network of open and enclosed spaces, paths, trees, and sensory thresholds. Through light, vegetation, and shifting views, the design invites slowness, touch, and presence — offering a new kind of rest within a changing urban landscape.

Reimagines the integration of work and life for 100 families, combining a factory with residential spaces in a landscape inspired by fields and mountains. By blending nature with industry, the design fosters a harmonious environment that supports meaningful work, mental well-being, and community engagement. The goal is to create a sustainable, inclusive space that empowers residents and promotes a strong sense of connection and belonging.

This project opens a building scheduled for demolition to public use. It invites the community to occupy and activate these spaces through workshops, gatherings, and everyday functions. Temporary infrastructure supports flexible programs that evolve with time. The goal is to extend the building’s relevance, create value in its final phase, and strengthen local connection through shared presence.
